HYPNOSIS IN CHILDBIRTH (A six session approach for both mother and birth partner)

This six session approach is designed to empower both mother and birth partner during pregnancy and childbirth and to enable you both to work with your body's natural processes. By having a greater understanding of the birth process and more control over it, anxiety and stress can be greatly reduced leading to a more positive birth experience.

The course is charged at £300 and includes tapes/CDs

HYPNOTHERAPY AND PSYCHOTHERAPY IN THE MANAGMENT OF IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME

One in five of the population experiences IBS. By using a variety of therapeutic techniques you can experience a marked reduction in your IBS symptoms in 4 - 6 sessions, by addressing the causes of your IBS symptoms.

Sessions include:

  • The Autonomic Nervous System and Digestive System- how it works and how your IBS symptoms are produced.
  • Cognitive / Behavioural Therapy- to enable yo to identify how your thought processes and emotions can produce IBS symptoms.
  • Gut Directed Hypnotherapy and Self-Hypnosis- enabling you to reduce stress and anxiety and so manage your IBS symptoms.
  • Mnemodynamic Therapy- to enable you to uncover and resolve unconscious conflicts and so decrease or resolve negative emotions.

Sessions are charged at £45.
